Blackberry 9650 Essex
The predecessor (Blackberry Tour) is available from Verizon and Sprint, but for the upgraded version of Tour who will launch it 1st? Or will it favor an exclusivity to just one carrier? If you have been searching the net lately for this gadget you have have come across this phone with the Sprint logo on it, just like the one this picture on the left has. So is it really true that Sprint has Blackberry Essex on its line of smartphones available to their clients by 2010? I saw some websites stating that this news spreading around is indeed true, Sprint will launch Blackberry 9650 Essex by 2010 this time with Wi-Fi. The predecessor of this smartphone is Blackberry Tour (no Wi-Fi unfortunately) but the spokesperson from Sprint claimed that they are working on all Blackberry phones (to be equipped with Wi-Fi). Blackberry Tour is with Verizon and Sprint, and with the news leaking that there would be a Tour2 (Blackberry Essex) everyone has been talking about it in forums and blog posts! Of course there will always be comparison of the two, The predecessor has a trackball while the new one has a trackpad, (which i believe is far better right?) So why is Blackberry launching a new phone with almost the same features as the old one? Well not really an old one but I guess RIM (Research In Motion) has heard a lot of flaws from the 1st Tour, so they decided to clean their name and work on the flaws of Blackberry Tour. That is why a Blackberry Essex is now invading the gadget websites like a virus, everybody is talking about it, and everybody wants to know what improvements has been made (were the flaws has been really paid attention to?) Blackberry Essex small This Blackberry tour will be flaunting new features such as Wi-Fi and a trackpad (as I have mentioned earlier). It will also be sporting roaming capabilities (Blackberry will go global, that’s pretty cool right?) plus a 3.2 megapixel camera to take nice pictures where ever! I have heard that it will be equipped with orientation sensor this device helps eliminate typical errors while taking pictures. As of the moment we can only wait when will this phone be launched, so while we are all waiting just watch out for more news and leaked info about this breath taking gadget (will it really be breath taking?) Hopefully this time we can expect something flawless from RIM.
